Get your SKOKA with free shipping worldwide!

The shipping goes out from Moscow, Russia. The shipping out can take 1-2 work days after the payment.

Every shipment gets assigned a tracking number with which you can track your shipment.
After the shipping out, all the information will be sent to e-mail given during registration.

Delivery TIMEFRAME

You can see approximate timeframe for your delivery below. The start of the delivery period counts from the moment of the shipping out.

To minify customs fees, all orders sending as “GIFT”. Also we can create invoice with minimal cost for your customs service. If you need this, please specify this in order.

We will do everything we can for you to get your order as soon as possible. But we cannot be responsible for the delay in delivery caused by the postal office.

In case you are not able to sign for the delivery, you will be left a notification. You will be responsible for getting in touch with the local postal service and receiving of the shipment.

If the timeframe for the receiving of the shipment is over, the delivery will get sent back to us. In this case the repeated shipment will be paid by you and realized only after we discuss the new shipping timeframe.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

We are very attentive to the quality of the packaging, so that your purchase arrived at its best. Please, take note that as soon as your order was shipped out we do not carry any responsibility for loss or damages. Tracking the delivery and getting in contact with your local delivery service is your responsibility.

If the shipment was lost/stolen on the way, the replacement can be sent out only under our consideration.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES

SKOKA doesn’t control (we wish) taxes customs or other fees put by your government. International clients are responsible for all the local customs, taxes and so on. The customs policy differs from country to country, so please contact your local customs office to get more information.

In most cases our product isn’t covered by any custom restrictions, so it is free of fees.

Return of the purchase

If for some reason you don’t like your SKOKA you can easily return it to us for the duration of 14 days since the moment of getting the delivery. We accept the product in its original condition, without any traces of wear and in its original packaging. The delivery and custom fees in this case are paid by the customer.

You can exchange your product for the new one or you can get your money back, in the case of return of money, the delivery cost isn’t compensated.

After we receive the product back it goes through quality certification and we return the money.

Please take note that consideration of your request can take up to 10-15 days.
